CLUB RULES AND REGULATIONS

Conduct Of Members

TAKING YOU TO GREATER HEIGHTS
  • If the conduct of any member in or out of the club in the opinion of the Managing Committee is injurious to the reputation of the Club, the managing committee may take cognizance, whether by complaint in writing or otherwise and write to the Member and shall seek an explanation within a stipulated period of time.
  • Any member breaking, damaging or removing any property of the club shall pay for the same at double the cost price, except when it is shown to the satisfaction of the Managing Committee that such breakage or damage was purely accidental, in which case the amount to be charged shall be left at the discretion of the Managing Committee. Otherwise, the matter will be referred to a Disciplinary Committee.
  • Any membership card issued by the Company remains the property of the Company. For administrative purposes the card will show an annual expiration date. If the annual subscription is not paid within 7 days of the periodic renewal date the card shall thereupon be returned to the Company and membership shall immediately be cancelled or suspended at the option of the Company.
  • Members should notify the Honorary Secretary or the manager of the club of change of address. All notices and/or statements of accounts posted at the last known address shall be considered as having been duly given on the day the same was posted.
  • The Company has the right in its absolute discretion to limit the number of members to refuse membership or renewal for any reason or to expel a member or prevent any member or guest from taking part in or continuing with club activities.
  • Membership is automatic within the kin where children of the parent members automatically become members olnce they reach 18 years old.
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate your membership with immediate effect should you be found to breach these conditions.
  • You must be over 18 years of age to become a member.
  • Members must adhere to all rules of membership
